Abstract: 

Background: The balanced scorecard (BSC) provides useful and relevant information about the factors affecting the internal and external performance of the organization and it is the most suitable framework for evaluating the performance of healthcare organizations. One of the key principles in using the BSC is to identify the appropriate views of each organization with regard to its main mission so that it can achieve the best results to achieve its goals and strategy. The present study is aimed to identify the views and related goals in the BSC model suitable for health care centers using the Fuzzy Delphi technique. Methods: The present study was a qualitative and applied research. The statistical population of the research included 15 experts in the field of health and treatment who were selected by purposive sampling. First, through literature review, and then with the help of a researcher-made questionnaire with the consensus of experts using the Delphi technique in two rounds, the views of the BSC and the related goals were determined according to the health care centers. Findings: In this research, the perspective of patients and society with three goals, financial status and performance with two goals, growth and development with four goals, internal organizational processes with four goals, and social responsibility as a new perspective with two goals to evaluate the performance of health care centers replaced the traditional perspectives of BSC. Conclusion: The use of 4 points of view appropriate to health care centers in the BSC and the addition of a new point of view under the title of social responsibility to evaluate the performance of health care centers will increase productivity and ultimately increase the satisfaction of patients and society.

Abstract: 

In the present age, organizations have found prominent place in the cultural and social structure of communities. Many essential activities related to people's lives done to the organization, despite this, achieve to successful when accorded that an organization's members are committed to the discipline and norms according to the organization on a regular basis and be governed by norms. This study aims to identify and prioritize the factors causing organizational anomia in organizations was conducted. This research is combines methods and the type of research is the study of deductive and inductive. The study population consists 25 managers of Khorramabad organizations. In this study, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, first with use of qualitative data obtained from exploratory studies included exploratory literature review and interviews exploring the causes of organizational anomia have been identified. Second By extracting their agents through research survey data are evaluated. The results are including two parts, first a series of organizational inertia causes are identified and second the importance and priority of these factors are determined. The results show that The inability of the organization to show their actual values, lack of shared norms at work, the negative attitude of employees towards their jobs, poorly performing staff socialization process, lack of meritocracy in the organization, discrimination in the organization, lack of management commitment to the values of the organization are the main causes of organizational anomie.

Abstract: 

Effective leadership in an organization is a key factor in creating compassion and empathy, and effective leaders are those who can gather different people under their umbrella and a unified vision. The present study examines the dimensions, components, and indicators of effective leadership in the Islamic Republic of Iran’ s Army from the perspective of its elites. In terms of outcome, this research is developmental, and is qualitative and applied in terms of its data and nature. The sample population consists of experts in the field of military commandment that have a comprehensive understanding of the organization, its goals, and tasks. The sampling method was purposeful and the selection of the participants was continued to be saturated with theoretical content (in this research, theoretical saturation was obtained by 10 elites). The instrument was a researcher-made 80-question questionnaire compiled by reviewing previous findings and confirmed by experts through using Fuzzy Delphi technique in two stages. Ultimately 81 final questions were obtained. The findings show that the effective leadership in army includes three dimensions of individual, organizational, meta-organizational, and eleven components of individual traits, mental health, beliefs, ethics, special capabilities, managerial capabilities, along with technical organizational, cultural-social, economic, political-legal and technological capabilities.

Abstract: 

Promoting brand personality can be a sufficient impetus for customer satisfaction, loyalty, commitment, affective and emotional attachment between customers and the brand. Hence, the current study was aimed at identifying and prioritizing the effective factors in promoting brand personality based on a mixed method research i. e., both quantitative and qualitative, which is practical regarding its purpose and descriptive-survey regarding its nature and method. The population in qualitative and quantitative sections was 15 university experts who were investigated based on purposive sampling method, required data saturation and theoretical adequacy. In qualitative section of the study, data collection instrument of the texts was based on content analysis technique. Data collection instrument in quantitative section was the expert questionnaire which its validity and reliability was measured using content validity and retesting. Data analysis was carried out by using Fuzzy Delphi technique; then effective factors in brand personality Innovative were identified and prioritized. The results of the study included identifying the effective factors on innovative brand personality in innovative and knowledge based organizations in qualitative section and their prioritizing in quantitative section. The results show that the most important factors in promoting brand personality are: brand romance, brand written language, brand profitability, brand reliability, brand prestige, brand activism, brand color.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of the research is to identify and explain the Effective factors and outcomes of Level five leadership using the Delphi Fuzzy technique. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey. Also in terms of typology of research, it is a mix research with qualitative and quantitative approach in inductive deductive paradigm. The statistical population of the research is knowledge based companies in Lorestan province, with 30 of their experts selected according to the principle of theoretical adequacy and using a targeted sampling method.The validity and reliability were confirmed using CVR coefficient and Kappa-Cohen test. In the quantitative section is a pair wise questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed using content validity and retest were used. In the qualitative section, the qualitative data obtained from the interview using Atlas.ti software and the coding method was analyzed. In addition, in the quantitative part of the study, Delphi Fuzzy method was used to determine the priority of the five level Leadership most important factors and outcomes. The results show that among the important factors of five level leadership, temperamental temperance, humility and self-esteem, high emotional intelligence, and courage in innovation as the most important accomplishments and factors leading the level five in knowledge based organizations. The results also indicate that the long-term horizons for the organization, modest leadership, deep dissemination, and mentoring, coaching, mentoring, and organizational management are among the most important consequences and outcomes of the five level leadership in the knowledge based organizations.

Abstract: 

Foreign policy is the use of political influence to persuade other countries to exercise their legislative power in the manner desired by the respective government. Geopolitics is a branch of geography and political science that deals with the planning of a country's security policy based on geographical factors. By analyzing these factors, geopolitics assesses the existing spheres of power and tries to relate a country's policy to them. Therefore, knowing these factors is essential in explaining the foreign policy of a country. In this article, with the analytical-descriptive method and the Fuzzy Delphi technique, 11 academic and political elites have been selected in a snowball method to identify the fundamental geopolitical variables effective in foreign policy. The results of this research indicate that the geopolitical components affecting foreign policy are classified into two main categories, tangible and intangible. The tangible indicators are: (1) geographical location (2) population and manpower (3) natural resources (4) industrial and agricultural production capacity (5) military power. Intangible indicators are: (1) political, economic and social structure (2) educational and technical level (3) national spirit (4) international strategic position. Therefore, as long as there is politics in the world, geopolitics will remain an important consideration and influence in foreign policy.

Abstract: 

The aim of this research is to design a model for excellence in human resources emphasizing its results in organizational behavior. This research depending on the purpose of basic research is also based on the research project and the terms of data collection, research is a descriptive (non-experimental), exploratory and adaptive. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire consisting of 31 questions. To assess the validity of the judgment validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to test its validity. To validate the proposed model, were based on the Delphi technique several times asked of professors, scholars, pundits and experts. Until finally the ultimate model is to be adopted by consensus among respondents who were 30. Which eventually had 26 people willing to answer the final phase Delphi. The survey was conducted in four stages and results of each stage using formulas Fuzzy Delphi technique was refined and feedback was given to respondents. Finally, brilliant pattern of human resource excellence in five main processes, 22 component and 10 standard designed as the model for Pathology of Human Resources and Human Resources Excellence Award was presented in Industry.

Abstract: 

The design of the applied process of transition from traditional budgeting to the implementation of an exit-oriented budgeting system, conventional to performance-based budgeting, requires special attention in allocating targeted resources to activities. Many of the benefits of this method of budgeting and the problems that the budgeting system faces in Iran has led to its implementation for many years to come to an end. Therefore, in this research, a performance based budgeting implementation model was introduced by adopting a Fuzzy Delphi technique for introducing cost effective means of resource sharing into police activities and using the FAHP technique to determine their importance by calculating the weights. The method of this research is applied to the target and in terms of the survey implementation strategy and the statistical population of the budgeting experts chosen by the judiciary method. The results indicate that successful implementation of budget-based performance in this section has involved several factors in the sharing of police sources of awareness of the scientific discovery of crimes, including number of judicial records, personnel, specialized equipment, accused persons and vehicles are special importance.

Abstract: 

It is widely accepted that drugs are one of the most important components of health care, and their prompt access has become one of the most important goals of health care systems around the world, as well as one of the main concerns of governments. The purpose of this study was to Investigating and Explaining Factors Affecting on Iranian Pharmaceutical Distribution Industry Using Fuzzy Delphi technique. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation method. The statistical population of the study is made up of 35 experts in Iran's Pharmaceutical distribution industry who were selected by snowball sampling. First, with a deep review of the research literature and based on the content analysis, 41 factors affecting the pharmaceutical distribution industry were identified. To screen and ensure the importance of the identified factors and select the final factors through the design of a Researcher-made questionnaire and the Fuzzy Delphi method was used in two stages. Kendall’s coefficient of concordance was used to calculate the agreement of the experts. According to the nature of this research, Fuzzy Delphi method and Excel and SPSS software were used to analyze the collected data. Based on the obtained results, the members of the Expert Panel found a total of 49 factors effective on the pharmaceutical distribution industry, of which 41 factors have been mentioned in previous researches and studies, and 8 other factors have been introduced by the panel members

Abstract: 

The dairy industry in Iran is one of the most important markets with high diversity of innovation, as well as the scientific advancements in this highly competitive and full of turbulence environment, So for each company to enter the dairy market and its continuous longevity, it is necessary to develop a series of indicators such as innovation identifying opportunities and threats of the company, innovation in customer satisfaction, risk management, innovation in product presentation, service and product quality, flexibility ability to structure and refine processes and organize and enhance the productivity of human resources, business intelligence, innovation in the market and the analysis of the status of competitors, in order to easily adapt to environmental changes. Certainly identifying the dimensions and components of organizational innovation in these companies can be a guarantee for the fulfillment of the above cases. For this purpose, in this research, for identifying the dimensions and components of organizational innovation in active dairy cooperative companies with using a qualitative method based on library studies and the predecessor of the research and survey of experts, through the provision and distribution of a questionnaire and performing a Fuzzy Delphi test, 32 components Organizational innovation was identified. After completing the phase of Fuzzy Delphi, 23 components were selected which earned a score above 7. 71, and ranked in four dimensions of product innovation, administrative innovation, process innovation, and marketing innovation. Finally, the status of the components of the research variables was verified aspect of being normal, using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test.
